If you’ve logged onto the ModSolar Platform today, you’ve probably noticed a big change has been made to the My Leads page.
That’s right, the My Leads page is now a fully customizable table! Arrange columns any way you like, create filters, and choose which columns you want to include or remove.
Let’s start at the beginning. Above the table, you have the option of downloading the data in the table as an .xls file, or downloading your proposals in a .zip file.
The first column indicates the type of proposal:
The second column indicates the number of proposals that exist under that lead.
You may choose to sort each column in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column header. You may also click the arrow to the left of the column header to open the action menu.
This is also where you can add filters to each column. Filtering allows you do things like only view leads that are assigned to a certain person. Some column filters use lists of checkboxes (ex: State, Assigned User), while others have search boxes you can use to create your filters (ex: Name, City). To use this feature, click “Filters” and select one or more terms you want to filter by.
One particularly useful filter is the Date filter. To use this feature, just click “Filters” and then choose Before, After, or On to pick an exact date or a date range for which you want to view leads.
To add or remove columns, simply click the down arrow next to any column header and click “Columns.” From here, check or un-check the columns to add or remove them from the My Leads page.
You can also reorder the columns by clicking and dragging the column header, or change the width of the columns by clicking the edge you want to resize and dragging it left or right. Return the table to its default settings by clicking “Reset Table” in the top right.
This new table layout will make accessing and organizing your leads easier and quicker, plus you’ll have all their basic information right at your fingertips.
