As the Platform has matured and more and more of you have been with us for quite some time, you have accumulated a long list of leads in the Platform. The more leads you have in the Platform, the more you need additional features that will help you manage the list of leads you develop as your business grows, and as you have worked on (and hopefully closed!) more prospects.
Today we launched a new “list” view on the My Leads page that will list your leads in a table format, in addition to the previous “thumbnail” format. The key benefit to the list feature is that you can now sort by any of the columns:
- Lead type
- # of proposals
- Date lead created
- Lead name
- Lead city
- Lead state
- Who lead is assigned to
- Interest level rating for the lead
You can see that you have a lot more options to get at the leads you want, especially when the list of leads becomes large. And if you find that the list view is your preferred method, don’t worry, the Platform automatically “remembers” your view, and uses it the next time you log on.
The “New Lead” button has been moved to the top of the page on the left, and there are two button on the right, above the leads, that you can click to change the view. Here’s what these new buttons look like:
Lastly, for those of you who are using our Lead Generation widget, your new leads (leads that haven’t yet been worked) will show in the table with a green background, similar to what happens in the “thumbnail” view (where their thumbnails have a green border).
Of course, please reach out to us with any questions, comments or feedback you have. We’re always here to help you!
