CHANGING THE TEMPLATE HEADER

By default, your proposal’s template header contains information including your company name and logo, the customer’s name, address and contact information. You can change this to whatever you want by building a new template or by copying one of our built-in standard templates.

Changing the Header for All Pages

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select Proposal Templates.

3. Select the template you want to modify.

4. Select Template Layout Defaults.

5. Select Show/Hide Header editor. You will see an expanded rich text editor where you can insert text, images and rich text data tags.

6. Hit Save when done.

 

Changing the Header of Specific Pages

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select Proposal Templates.

3. Select the template you want to modify.

4. On the page you want to change the header on, select the pencil icon at the top right corner of the workspace as shown below:

5. You will be taken to the rich text editor so you can edit the contents.

Optional: To hide the header, uncheck Show this header.

6. Hit Save when done.
