UPDATING YOUR PROFILE

You can update your profile information by going to the My Profile tab at top right of the page.

Go to My Profile tab.

Fill in your details such as your name, phone number and email address.

Fill in your details.

The information you set here will appear at the bottom of your proposals.

Your info appears at the bottom of your proposal.

You can also change your password anytime in this section.

You may change your password any time.

USER ROLES

These are the different user roles and what they can access and do in the MODsolar Platform:

Administrator

  • Can create, edit, clone and download all proposals created by them, assigned to them and by other users including Supervisors and other Administrators.
  • Can assign leads to other users including Supervisors and other Administrators.
  • Has access to Settings.

Supervisor

  • Can create, edit, clone and download all proposals created by them, assigned to them and by other users including other Supervisors and Administrators.
  • Can assign leads to other users including other Supervisors and Administrators.
  • Does NOT have access to Settings.

User

  • Can create, edit, clone and download all proposals created by them, assigned to them but NOT by other users.
  • CANNOT assign leads to other users.
  • Does NOT have access to Settings.

To change the user’s role, go to Settings > Users > edit a User > select the Role > click Save.

UPGRADING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can upgrade your subscription and increase the user limit in your account by doing the steps below:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select My Account.

3. Click the Upgrade My License button.

Select Upgrade my License

MODsolar Support will be notified of your request and will get back to you to discuss the upgrade.
