We have many installers, of varying types and sizes. And we know that not all installations are the same — with residential vs. commercial vs. municipal, roof mount vs. ground mount, different panel manufacturers, different roof configurations... We know that "one size fits all" is not what you want to hear. With the ModSolar Platform, it's certainly not what you'd expect. We make it our goal to provide you with tools that you can adapt to YOUR needs, not the other way around.
Different Schedules for Different PV System Sizes
We now have EIGHT different schedules available for you.
When you finish generating a proposal, one of three original installation schedules is automatically chosen for inclusion based on the size of the PV system.
But, you can OVERRIDE that option and select ANY of the other schedules.
The schedules reflect typical stages in the lifecycle of a project, and differ mainly in the total time: 90 days, 7 months, or 10 months. And, they're all available to match the color theme that you've chosen for your proposals.
To change the installation schedule, just click the "Change" button on the proposal review page. It looks like a gear floating on the right hand side of your screen.
At the bottom, you'll see a new drop-down list where you can select one of the following schedules:
- 45 days
- 60 days
- 90 days
- 120 days
- 150 days
- 180 days
- 7 months
- 10 months
Here's what the "Change the Proposal" window looks like, with the new drop-down list:
But that's not all . . . you can also have your own CUSTOM schedules! You can provide us with the image(s) (one for each custom schedule option), and we'll load them into your list, where they'll be available EXCLUSIVELY for you. Or, tell us what you need and we can have our graphic designer create a custom installation schedule image for you, quicker than you can say "Sign here if you want to start saving money every month on your electric bill!" You can have as many custom schedules as you need, and name them anything you'd like; they'll appear in the drop-down list, before any of the standard schedules.
We hope you like this new feature; like most of our enhancements, it was inspired by direct feedback and requests from our users.
